   How to Proceed

My fees will be based on a weekly flat rate of £20 (subject to a minimum initial booking of 2 weeks) Payment can be made by Credit Card (via PayPal) Postal Order or Personal Cheque. (Clearance time of approx 5 working days required before commencement) Further details on how to pay will be included in the acceptance e-mail.

This will allow you the freedom to write to me in your own time and place up to a maximum of three times each week .Obviously the more you are able to write and the more frequently, the faster the process can move and of course this will be the most effective use of your fees .Sometimes ,of course this may not be possible, if you have a busy schedule or are caring for your family so just write when and as often is suitable for you.

I will respond twice weekly to your e-mails, at the beginning and end of each week. I have found this arrangement to be the most beneficial in order to maintain the frequency of contact.

Of course you may only feel to write once or twice per week, in which case I will respond to each e-mail sent.

If you feel you would like to write and be responded to more frequently, for example if you are wanting to focus specifically on a certain area of your life, or if for any reason you feel that daily contact would be more beneficial to you, then please e-mail me at
enquiries@emailcounselling.co.uk so that we can negotiate a different rate to suit your personal needs.

If you are on a low wage, a single parent or find yourself unable to pay the amount detailed above please e-mail me at enquiries@emailcounselling.co.uk with details of how much you feel you are able to manage, together with proof of benefit.

Please do not let limited funds stand in the way of contacting me. If you feel that you would benefit from e-mail counselling in your life at this moment in time. There is always a way.

I firmly believe that my e-mail counselling services should be available to all if at all possible.
