You have familiarised yourself with the information provided on this web site including how the email exchanges take place and the cost of the service.

You are aged 18 or over

You agree to submit only true and accurate information and do not deliberately omit any information which may be significant.

You agree that at any point either of us may decide to discontinue our counselling relationship.

You agree that you are seeking my services for personal counselling and not undertaking research for private use or for publication.

You agree that this service does not in any way replace face to face counselling or provide emergency assistance of any kind. You agree to find appropriate services in your local area should you require emergency assistance.

You agree that I hold no responsibility for direct or consequential loss due to internet service failure or computer malfunction.

You agree that any advice offered has no medical background as I am not a physician and have no training in this area.

You agree that no warranty or guarantee can be offered through these services as to the effectiveness of counselling in all cases.

You agree that these services are provided from our base in Wales and therefore are governed under the laws of England and Wales.

No information disclosed to me during e-mail counselling will be disclosed to any other person, apart from during supervision sessions where I may discuss your case without using your name or details. The only other time information would be disclosed would be if at any time I felt any client to be a threat to themselves or to any other person
